Pick up and deliver parcels across Pune on time. Two-wheeler and valid driving licence required.
Coordinate daily shipments, manage the hub, assign riders and resolve delivery exceptions.
Handle customer calls, WhatsApp and email queries on bookings, tracking and payments. Good Hindi, Marathi and English.
Acquire and grow enterprise and SME clients for courier, cargo and warehousing services.
